Sick and Party

Well, I got the call from day care today, Thursday the 19th. Addison threw up at school. Poor thing I went to go pick her up and I didn't realize I didn't have a change of clothes for her there. She was dressed in a shirt that fit her, but the jeans were SO big! They were a 2T! The legs were rolled at least three times!
I ended up taking her to the doctors to have her check out. She wasn't running a temperature, but the doctor said that her throat was very red. So they did a strep test and thank goodness it came back negative. I decided to stay and work from home. She napped from 11:00 until 1:45 and then fell back asleep at 4:00 in daddy's chair. Poor thing, school said that they knew she wasn't feeling well when she didn't get up to dance to the Monster Mash!

Addison had a birthday party on Saturday for her friend Hayden from Stroller Fit. It was at the Wiggly Play Center and it was a lot of fun! It had a big bounce house with a slide and then another HUGE piece of play equipment that had 5 different slides on it. I am usually not big on going to these kinds of places because most parents don't keep an eye on their kids and some of them are really rude and rough. What I did like about the Wiggly Play Center was that parents were allowed on the equipment with the kids! I think this helped in keeping some of these kids in check! I even had a good time climbing and bouncing and can see why Addison didn't want to leave when it was time to go. It was really hard to get a picture of her since she was constantly on the move and would not stand still long enough for me to take a picture! I think we will have to go back. Here she is in the middle of a bounce! We are working on getting our feet up off the ground when we jump. It was a lot easier to do in the bounce house than on the hard ground!
